Delhi to Varanasi
Travel to Varanasi early in the morning by train or aircraft from Delhi. Arrive in Varanasi and check into your accommodation. Continue on to the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, one of the most famous Hindu temples dedicated only to Lord Shiva. While meandering through the old city's alleyways, stop by other well-known Varanasi temples like Annapurna Temple and Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple.
After that, visit Dashashwamedh Ghat to watch the fascinating Ganga Aarti, a Hindu practice held beside the Ganges River. Enjoy the exciting music and others' prayers. The spiritual vibe here will be palpable for you. Return to the hotel and spend the night in Varanasi.
[Day 02]
Varanasi to Delhi
Take an early morning boat ride on the Ganges River for a religious sightseeing trip. See the old city from above and witness worshippers starting their day on the ghats in the morning. After that, eat breakfast at a local café. After obtaining enlightenment, Lord Buddha decided to give his first sermon in Sarnath. Go there. After that, visit the Buddhist Sarnath Museum, Chaukhandi Stupa, and Dhamek Stupa.
